SPR# MIAS6HHN6K - Running updall on very large databases with large indexes can take a long time. This fix adds Notes.ini variable: Ftg_Use_Fast_Binary_Sort. Setting this to 1 will use a more efficient binary sort to merge some of the index information. Not setting the variable or setting it to 0 will use the existing sort. This has no effect on the creation of new indexes and will only show an improvement where there a large number of keys added to an existing index.
